Lifestyle newborns are some of my favorite sessions. Love the quiet and calm feeling for the family being able to have their session at home and in their own space. As much as I love and enjoy my studio newborn sessions I always walk away from my lifestyle newborns wishing I was able to do more of them and that more people wanted to do them. There’s something so beautiful and calm about being in your own home with your newborn surrounded by all the things that make you a family. Loved getting to be a part of sweet Rowan’s first few days of life!

I’ve been so lucky to watch this beautiful family grow over the years. I photographed Clara’s big brother a few years ago and it was so fun watching him become a big brother to his adorable baby sister!

Oh, sweet baby Kash. This little guy decided he didn’t want to wait for his due date and came 5 weeks early. And by the looks of all those smiles I’d say he was perfectly content with surprising his parents and choosing his own birthday ;)
